As Canada’s leading export agency, Export Development Canada faced a major disruption during the 2020 global pandemic when international borders closed. But, instead of resting on their laurels, they disrupted their business model to help Canadian businesses pivot their own model to survive. An inspiring campaign was created that highlighted and celebrated the small-medium businesses that were adapting to the new realities by helping their fellow Canadians in this time of crisis.
